Start by contacting The Reserve Tap Company with your event date, location, estimated guest count, and the type of experience you're looking for. Whether it's a wedding, anniversary party, birthday party, graduation party - we tailor the bar experience for you.

2. We Build Your Bar Service Plan

We'll walk through your vision and recommend the best setup — draft beer, wine, signature cocktails, mocktails, or batch cocktails. This ensures your bar matches the vibe of your event.

3. Alcohol Shopping List Provided

We operate as a 'dry hire' meaning you provide the alcohol, and we provide all the consumables - mixers, soda, fruit, straws etc. Based on your guest count and drink selections, we provide a detailed alcohol list so you know exactly what to purchase. This keeps things simple and cost-efficient. Many liquor stores deliver, so you may not even need to pick up the alcohol.

4. Secure Your Date with a Deposit

Once everything looks good, we lock in your date with a deposit. From there, we stay in touch to finalize details and make sure everything is dialed in leading up to your event.

We arrive early so you don’t have to stress. We’ll get everything in place before guests start rolling in.

We set up the trailer, taps, bar area, cups, garnishes — everything needed to get the drinks flowing and looking great.

3. Drinks Ready to Go


We get the taps pouring, organize your drinks, and prep any batch cocktails so we’re ready from the first guest to the last.

4. You Enjoy the Party — We Handle the Bar


Once things kick off, we keep the drinks flowing and the vibe going. You hang out, enjoy your guests, and leave the bar to us.
